Enjoy our delicious roulade.  We offer a variety of french roulade including:

• Chocolate
• Lemon
• Strawberry

Ingredients:

• 3 Tablespoons confectionery sugar
• 1/4 cup of cupcake flour
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1 large whole egg, plus 2 large egg yolks and 3 large egg whites all at room temperature
• 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons of graduated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup of warm water
• 1 cup of heavy cream
